Hello, From the airport you can take the Alilaguna waterbus orange line to stop "alle Guglie" which is located right in front of our property. Alternatively, you can take bus 5 to Piazzale Roma and walk approx. 10 minutes to our proprty. Reards

Great guest house in a great location. Get the room with the balcony

The location and our lovely lady host were both spectacular

The mattress could be improved, bigger bin, blanket in the cupboard if needed. A knife and bottle opener would have been good

Very Good

The location was superb - right on the canal. Restaurants nearby. Everything we needed. The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. Everything was beautifully decorated.

The a/c was loud and constantly running (even though it was not especially hot outside).

A lovely hotel, perfectly positioned and beautifully decorated and appointed

The location and facilities are amazing. Our bedroom window opened up to a canal view and there was a gorgeous little bar/ restaurant downstairs with a private outdoor courtyard under the vines - perfect for a quiet drink at the end of the day! Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed- absolutely everything you could need was provided.

We had a small issue checking in after hours that was probably at least partially consequential of a language barrier, but staff were very friendly and it was eventually resolved.

Extremely polite and kind staff, beautiful location and an amazing view that is beyond satisfying to wake up to.

I loved the location, the look, the furnishings, the view and more

The air conditioning didn't work which was very unpleasant given the weather, however it's being fixed now and we were compensated for it!

Great hotel in a great location, supported by a very friendly staff.

- The hostess, Eleana, was super friendly, professional and helpful. She had a contagious positive energy that draws you in. - The hotel is located by a canal, 8 minutes walk from the train station and the grand canal, and 20 minutes walk from St Mark’s Square. You will appreciate the closeness to the Canal if you arrive in a water taxi. - Great photo opportunity from the balcony with the canal in the background. The attached photo is from the balcony. I cropped my son out of it for posting. - The room refrigerator had several bottles of water, soft drinks, etc…all for free! - Two good restaurants right across from the hotel with many other restaurants, and shops in the immediate vicinity

- We had a garden view and the was not enough natural light coming in the room, it seemed gloomy without turning on the lights - The hostess did not speak any english, but she had a translator app on her phone that was super impressive. I was so impressed with the app that I had to get it too. Despite this, her excitement was very contagious, that you find yourself smiling when communicating with her.

Great stay in Venice

The location was excellent and the room was private. That let me go in and out a few times during the day easily. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The location was near the train station and the Jewish ghetto, which for me was excellent

Fantastic place to stay, we will recommend to anyone coming to Venice and we’ll be back next time.

Perfect location, not too far from the train station and within a short walk you’ll find yourself in some great non-touristy areas of Venice, as well as all main attractions. Staff were very friendly and language barrier was not an issue. They treated us to Prosecco on arrival while we got settled. The room was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful Venetian decor. The view of the canal was amazing.

Everything was fantastic. There are only stairs into the property, so something to consider with luggage. However, that was not an issue for us and something we expected in Venice.

Palazzina Veneziana is a gem which exceeded expectations. If we were to return to Venice we would stay here again.

The location was excellent. It has an authentic Venetian feel. It is a guesthouse which feels like a high quality hotel but with the advantage of you feeling like you have your own private apartment. The staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

perfect refuge to shower and sleep while exploring Venice

great location, easy to find, authentically restored. check-in was easy and was greeted with complimentary Prosecco upon reaching our room.

only minor discomfort was the AC unit was blowing hot air but luckily it was cool enough outside that we could sleep with the windows open and feel comfortable.

I would let my family and friend stay here if they go to Venice!

Location -near the train station, choices of restaurants and shops around, walking distance to the main sights, Hotel - charming, quaint, very Venezian inside and outside aesthetics, Room - perfect due to the view of the bridge, canal and the flower pot out side the window was a perfect touch for picture taking, the bed/pillow are comfortable,sockes in the bed, the bathroom is the right size, ample of toiletries. Staff -Rozalia is the BEST! Such a lovely lady. She does speak very little English, but enough to communicate our basic needs. She went above and beyond getting us to enjoy a bottle of sparkling wine (provided by the hotel) on the rooftop when that room was vacant. While we were in and out of the hotel and she sees us, she would offer snacks (small sandwiches, etc) but we don't each much so we politely declined.

Hotel - no elevator and it is a hassle to 2 medium size and 2 small carry on through the steps with one landing. Though it is not much of a problem for us as we have been traveling for 9 months to carry our luggage, it may be a problem for others. Putting an elevator though may change the aesthetic of the hotel. It is an old style hotel so keep it that way. Maybe for weekend travelers it would not be a problem.

The location was fabulous! Walking distance from all main points but also in a very local neighbourhood with many places (bars /restaurants..) locals would go to. The room was sooooooo lovely! Charming, cosy, romantic, well equiped! The owners are just soooo nice too and full of great attentions!
